Please note our warehouse operates Monday – Friday from 9 am till 4 pm and orders will be dispatched within this timeframe. Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Orders will be processed and shipped 3-4 days after receipt of payment.

At the time the order is shipped, sends its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by TNT Italia.

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are automatically calculated during th order process and vary based on the destination country and order contents.

Order changes

We wish to remind our customers that once confirmed and fulfilled, the items already available can not be changed. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.


If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, items (Not worn, altered or washed) can be returned for replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

Free Returns are available to delivery addressed in Italy. Return package shipping costs from abroad are to be paid by the customer.

Returns instruction

  1. To request a Goods Return Note, the Customer must send his Goods Return request within 14 days from the order’s reception: mail to  stating the items you wish to return and the requesterd compensation.

    Once the Goods Return request has been received, will send a written confirmation to the Customer.

  2. It is possible to change only with a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. You cannot change with a different item. 

    Re-credit will be visible on the statement of the customer’s credit card after maximum 15 days from the date of redemption. This timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card’s banking system.

    The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of (Chuki Yuki, via Talete 2, 41012 Carpi (MO) Italia) within 10 days of the written confirmation of the activation of the procedure made by the  customer.

  3. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use and do not show signs of any kind.
    • Each item must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, garment covers, etc.) received along with the order.
    • All accessories must be returned with their original package, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.

Errors in shipping or defective goods

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors in shipments are due to, is required to follow the same instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods.

All returned items are inspected by CHUKIYUKI.COM and must meet all the parameters listed in the return process. CHUKIYUKI.COM reserves the right to impose a charge equal to 10% of the value of returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions set by our returns policy.
